Frequently asked questions
Ninety-two Honest answers about renting a car and driving in Morocco — pricing, insurance, paperwork, routes, fines, and everything we get asked over WhatsApp every week. From a Moroccan team handing keys at four airports daily.
— Booking & pricing
Plan your booking
How far in advance should I book a car rental in Morocco?
Aim for 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for Marrakech, Casablanca, or any pickup falling in high season (March–May, September–November) or around Ramadan and the December holidays. Last-minute bookings are doable in low season but better cars get reserved early.
Is it cheaper to rent a car at the airport or in the city?
Slightly cheaper in town with the international chains because of airport surcharges. With CarsRental, Marrakech delivery (city + Menara airport, within 10 km of the center) is free. Casablanca, Agadir, Rabat and their airports are a paid delivery — the fee is shown at booking, no hidden airport surcharge on top.
Are there any hidden fees when renting a car in Morocco?
With us, no. We quote the all-in price upfront — no surprise airport surcharges, no "compulsory cleaning," no insurance bump-ups at the counter. Other rental desks are notorious for these; always ask for the all-in.
What does it cost on average to rent a car in Morocco?
A small petrol economy (Dacia Logan, Hyundai i10) runs around 250–350 MAD/day in low season, up to 400–500 MAD/day at peak. SUVs and 4×4s start around 600 MAD/day. We don't offer a flat weekly or monthly discount, but weekly rentals (7+ days) booked with Premium insurance include free one-way delivery between cities we serve.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards (Visa or MasterCard), bank transfer, or cash in MAD or EUR. We don't take Diners Club. The refundable deposit must sit on a card in the main driver's name (credit or debit both fine).
Can I pay in euros or only Moroccan dirhams?
Both. We quote in MAD by default, but EUR is fine for the rental cost. The refundable deposit is held in MAD and released back in MAD.
Do you offer weekly or monthly discounts?
We don't offer a flat percentage discount. Weekly rentals (7+ days) booked with Premium insurance include free one-way delivery between cities we serve — that's the main perk on longer bookings. Tell us upfront how long you need it.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancel within 48 hours and you forfeit the first day's rental as a handling fee. Once the car is handed over, no refund of any kind — including for unused days or early return — because we've blocked the dates and turned away other customers.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes — modifications to dates, vehicle, or rental duration are free of charge, subject to fleet availability. Message us on WhatsApp with the change.
Will I get a full refund if I cancel?
You don't pay anything at booking — the full rental amount is due at handover. If you cancel more than 48 hours before pickup, there's nothing to refund and no fee. Within 48 hours, the first day's rental is still owed (we've blocked the dates). We never charge "processing" fees on top.
— Insurance & deposit
Coverage you can count on
Is car insurance included in the rental price in Morocco?
Yes — Basic insurance is included in every quote, covering third-party liability and collision damage with a deductible. Smart and Premium are paid upgrades. Smart reduces the deductible. Premium has the broadest coverage including theft and fire. Full breakdown on our Insurance Coverage page.
How much is the security deposit?
It depends on the vehicle category — the exact amount is shown on the booking page for each car. Typical ranges: economy and compact 3,000–5,000 MAD (≈ €280–460); mid-size SUV and 4×4 up to 10,000 MAD; premium and luxury higher. We hold the amount on your credit or debit card; nothing is charged unless there's damage.
What happens if I scratch or damage the rental car?
Minor scratches and surface damage without a police report aren't covered by any insurance tier — Moroccan insurers require a PV to validate the claim. Those are billed from the deposit. Premium insurance covers larger collision damage with reduced or zero deductible (a small residual may stay held). Deep dents, cracked glass with a report, or third-party claims are assessed case-by-case.
What's the difference between basic and full insurance?
Basic comes with every booking — third-party liability and collision damage with a deductible (typically 5,000–10,000 MAD). Smart is a paid upgrade that reduces the deductible. Premium is the broadest paid tier — broadest collision coverage plus theft and fire. Tyres and minor scratches without a police report are never covered under any tier — that's the Moroccan insurance rule, same at every rental company. See our Insurance Coverage page for the side-by-side.
Is theft covered if the car is stolen?
Theft is covered under Premium insurance only. To claim: return the keys and registration card and file a police report within 24 hours. If the car is stolen with the keys inside, theft cover is voided. Without Premium, the loss falls on you — file the police report regardless, it's required by Moroccan law.
Are tyres and glass covered by insurance?
Tyres are never covered by any insurance tier in Morocco — that's the local insurance industry's rule, not a CarsRental choice. If you blow a tyre on a rough route, the cost is on you. Glass damage is the same unless there's a police report. For rough mountain or desert routes, take Premium for the broadest cover on damage that IS insurable (collision, theft, fire).
Are mountain roads or off-road trips covered?
Tarmac roads everywhere in Morocco are covered. Off-road tracks (Erg Chebbi dunes, M'Hamid pistes, mountain shortcuts) are not — that's every rental company in Morocco. There's no separate "off-road insurance" product. If you plan to leave the asphalt, we agree the route at booking, match you to a 4×4, and confirm what Basic / Smart / Premium covers on that route.
What's NOT covered by insurance?
Driving under the influence (alcohol or drugs), letting an undeclared driver take the wheel, off-road damage, tyres, minor scratches without a police report, lost keys, fuel mistakes (petrol in a diesel), and any traffic fine or toll. The tyres and scratches-without-PV exclusions are Moroccan insurance industry rules, same at every rental company here.
How long does the deposit release take?
We release it back to your card the day you return the car. The card issuer then takes 3–10 business days to make it visible in your account — that's the bank, not us. We can send proof of release if you need it.
— Pickup & return
Where and when we meet
Can I pick up my rental car at the airport in Morocco?
Yes — Casablanca (CMN), Marrakech (RAK), Agadir (AGA), and Rabat (RBA). Free meet-and-greet at Marrakech Menara (RAK) — covered by the 10 km Marrakech delivery zone. For CMN, AGA, RBA airports, a delivery fee applies, shown at booking. For other airports (Tangier, Fes, Oujda, Nador) we arrange exceptional delivery on request, fee quoted upfront.
Can I return the car to a different city in Morocco?
Yes. One-way is a paid option, fee shown at booking per route. Indicative: Marrakech → Casablanca around 600 MAD; Agadir → Marrakech around 800 MAD. Free one-way delivery is included on weekly rentals (7+ days) paired with Premium insurance.
Can I return the rental car outside of office hours?
Yes — 24/7 returns, no extra cost. Message us 30 minutes before you'd like to drop off; we meet you anywhere — your hotel, the airport rental return zone, even a roadside layby.
Can I request car delivery to my Airbnb or riad?
Yes, very common. We coordinate with your host, deliver to the door (or the closest legal parking — most riads are inside pedestrian medinas), and walk you through the car. Same on return.
What's your fuel policy?
Same-level return. We hand over the car at a specific fuel level (often full, sometimes half — noted on the contract) and you return at the same level. If you return below the handover level, we charge the cost of the missing fuel plus a handling surcharge of 10–100 EUR depending on tank size and the difference. Keep your fuel receipt.
How long does pickup take?
10–15 minutes. We've already done the prep — fuel, paperwork, walk-around video. You sign, we hand over keys, do a 2-minute orientation, you drive off. No 45-minute desk queue.
What inspection happens at pickup and return?
We do a walk-around with you, photograph any existing scratches together, and you co-sign a damage diagram. Same on return — we inspect together so there's no after-the-fact dispute. We share the pickup video so you have proof if something is contested later.
Is there a charge for late returns?
90-minute grace window with no charge. Beyond that: less than 3 hours late = half-day rate; 3 hours or more = full day. WhatsApp us as soon as you know — we usually waive the charge if you flag it early.
— Documents & age
Paperwork and who can drive
What documents do I need to rent a car in Morocco?
Four things: (1) your passport or national ID (EU citizens), (2) your home-country driver's license (original card, not a phone photo), (3) a credit or debit card in the main driver's name (in case of a deposit requirement), (4) your booking confirmation. That's the whole list — no other paperwork required.
Can I rent a car in Morocco with a foreign driver's licence?
Yes — US, UK, EU, Australian, Gulf, and most African licences are accepted as long as it's issued in Latin script. If your licence is in non-Latin script (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese), bring an International Driving Permit alongside it.
Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP) for Morocco?
Not if your licence is in Latin script — that includes all EU member states (German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, French, etc.), UK, US, Canada, Australia, NZ, and most of Latin America. Morocco accepts these for stays under one year. If your licence is in non-Latin script (Arabic-script-only, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Cyrillic, Thai), an IDP is required — issue it in your country of residence before you fly.
Can students or young drivers rent a car?
Yes, from age 20 with at least one year's licence. No young-driver surcharge at CarsRental. Premium and 4×4 categories require the driver to be 25+.
Can I add a second driver?
Yes. Additional drivers cost 30 MAD/day and need to bring the same documents (passport, licence). They must be present at pickup to sign — we can't add them later by phone.
Is there an upper age limit for senior drivers?
No upper age limit at CarsRental.ma. Some international chains cap at 70 or 75; we don't. Bring a valid licence and we'll hand you keys at any age.
Can drivers under 21 rent a car in Morocco?
Drivers under 20 cannot rent — Moroccan rental insurance doesn't cover that age group, regardless of license. We follow the rule. Drivers aged 20+ rent normally with us (no young-driver surcharge).
I'm a tourist on a short visit — does that change anything?
No. Rental terms are the same for tourists and residents — same documents, same insurance, same deposit. The only thing that changes is how long you can drive on your home licence: up to one year, then you'd need a Moroccan licence.
— Vehicles & equipment
Cars, kit, and configurations
What types of cars can I rent in Morocco?
Compacts (Dacia Logan, Hyundai i10/i20), mid-size sedans (Renault Megane, Peugeot 301), 7-seaters (Dacia Lodgy, Citroën Berlingo), SUVs and 4×4s (Dacia Duster, Renault Captur, Toyota RAV4), and luxury (Mercedes C-class, BMW 3-series). Full fleet on the Fleet page.
Do you offer child seats or boosters with rentals?
Yes — infant, toddler, and booster seats, all certified, free of charge. Just request your child's age and weight at booking. We install and check it with you at handover.
Are your vehicles new or well-maintained?
Most of the fleet is under 3 years old, all serviced every 10,000 km, all checked between every rental. We share the maintenance log if you want to see it.
Can I request a specific car model?
We do our best. Reserving by category (e.g. "compact 4-door automatic") is what we guarantee; reserving by exact model (e.g. "the silver 2024 Logan") depends on what's coming back the day before. If we can't match exactly, we upgrade you free.
Manual or automatic transmission — which should I choose?
Automatic if you're not used to a stick — Moroccan city traffic is dense and the mountain passes have a lot of switchbacks. Manual is cheaper and more common in our fleet, so book automatic early in high season; they go fast.
Do you have 4×4s suitable for the Sahara?
Yes — Dacia Duster (compact 4×4), Renault Duster, and Toyota RAV4 are our most popular for desert routes. For Erg Chebbi (Merzouga), Erg Chigaga, or pisted off-road, the Duster handles it. Tarmac to the dunes is fine in any car.
Do you have automatic-transmission cars available?
Yes, in every category — economy automatic, mid-size, SUV, and luxury. Automatics run about 15–25% pricier than equivalent manuals. Book early in summer; demand outpaces supply.
Do you have luxury or VIP cars in Morocco?
Yes — Mercedes C-class, E-class, BMW 3 and 5 series, Range Rover, and chauffeur-driven options on request. Popular for weddings, business arrivals, and film shoots. Minimum age 25, full insurance required.
Can I rent a 7-seater or minivan?
Yes. Dacia Lodgy 7-seater (good fuel economy, fits luggage), Citroën Berlingo (more headroom), and Renault Trafic 9-seater for groups. Ask about roof boxes if you're heavy on luggage.
Do you have electric or hybrid cars?
Hybrid yes — Toyota Corolla Hybrid and Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid are in the fleet. Full electric is limited because the charging network outside Casablanca and Rabat is still thin. We don't recommend EV for inter-city trips yet.
— Driving rules & roads
What the road looks like
Is driving in Morocco safe for foreigners?
Generally yes. Highways and major roads are well-paved and well-signed. Drive defensively in cities (motor scooters, donkey carts, pedestrians), watch for animals on rural roads at dusk, and you'll be fine. We've handed keys to thousands of first-time visitors.
Are Moroccan roads in good condition?
Autoroutes (toll highways) are excellent — comparable to Europe. National roads (RN routes) are mostly paved and well-maintained. Provincial and rural roads vary — narrow, sometimes unmarked. Mountain passes (Tizi n'Tichka, Tizi n'Test) are paved but switchback-heavy.
What should I do if police pull me over?
Stay calm, smile, hand over your licence, passport, and the rental papers (we provide a folder with everything). Routine stops are common — they're checking documents, not looking for fault. Most stops last 30 seconds. Don't argue, don't offer money.
What are the speed limits in Morocco?
60 km/h in urban areas (40 km/h in some signed zones), 100 km/h on national roads, 120 km/h on autoroutes. Limits are strictly enforced by radar — there are speed cameras on every major road. Fines start around 300 MAD and rise sharply for serious infractions.
How do toll roads (autoroutes) work in Morocco?
Pay-per-distance. You take a ticket at entry, pay at exit (cash MAD or card). Casablanca → Marrakech is around 130 MAD; Casablanca → Tangier around 200 MAD; Casablanca → Agadir around 280 MAD. Service stations every ~50 km.
Do you provide a Jawaz toll badge?
We don't provide a Jawaz toll badge — it's a separate service each driver buys directly from highway operators. For occasional drivers, paying tolls in cash at the booth works fine. If you'll do a lot of autoroute driving, get a Jawaz at any highway service station (setup ~50 MAD + the balance you load).
How much is petrol and diesel in Morocco right now?
Around 15.50 MAD/litre for both petrol and diesel in 2026 — diesel and petrol are priced almost identically here, unlike most of Europe. A full tank on a Dacia Logan (50L) costs about 775 MAD ≈ €70.
Where do I find petrol stations in Morocco?
Everywhere on autoroutes (every 30–50 km), in every town and most villages. Major brands: Afriquia (cheapest, most coverage), Shell, Total, BP, Petrom, Vivo. Cards work at chain stations; rural pumps prefer cash. 24/7 on highways, mostly 7am–10pm in towns.
Can I drive at night in Morocco?
On autoroutes and well-lit national roads, yes — same as Europe. Avoid rural and mountain roads after dark — unlit livestock, slow trucks without rear lights, occasional unmarked obstacles. Plan to be off the back roads by sunset.
What's the fine if I'm caught speeding?
300 MAD for minor over-speed, up to 700 MAD for excessive. Police prefer on-the-spot payment but are required to give you a receipt. Never offer cash without a receipt — that's a bribe and an offence on you. For serious infractions you may lose your licence.
— Routes & destinations
Where Moroccans take their cars
Can I drive to the Sahara Desert with a rental car?
Yes. Merzouga (Erg Chebbi) is reachable on tarmac in any car — about 9–10 hours from Marrakech via Tinerhir. Erg Chigaga (M'Hamid) requires a 4×4 for the last stretch of piste. We'll match the right car to the route.
Can you help plan my route or trip?
Yes — it's part of every booking. Tell us your dates, must-sees, and travel style (slow, action-packed, family) and we share an itinerary, fuel stops, lunch spots locals use, and which cities to skip. Free service.
What are the best road trips in Morocco?
Marrakech → Aït Benhaddou → Ouarzazate → Merzouga (5 days, the classic Sahara loop). Tangier → Chefchaouen → Fes → Marrakech (7 days, north-to-south through the Rif and Atlas). Casablanca → Essaouira → Agadir (4 days, the Atlantic coast). Full itineraries on request.
How long does Marrakech to Fes take by car?
Direct via the autoroute (Beni Mellal–Khouribga route): about 6 hours, 530 km. Scenic via Ifrane and the Middle Atlas: 7–8 hours, more rewarding, fewer trucks. Most people break the trip in Beni Mellal or Ifrane overnight.
How long does Marrakech to Chefchaouen take?
8–9 hours direct, around 580 km. Most travellers split it: Marrakech → Fes (one night), Fes → Chefchaouen (3 hours, beautiful Rif scenery). The Rif road has plenty of switchbacks — not for car-sick passengers.
Is the Atlas Mountains drive worth it?
Yes — the Tizi n'Tichka pass (Marrakech to Ouarzazate) is one of the great drives in North Africa. Newly upgraded after the 2023 quake repairs. Still slow (allow 4 hours for 200 km), but the views are extraordinary. Drive it in daylight, take it easy.
What about the Atlantic coast — Essaouira to Agadir?
Beautiful, easy, and underrated. The N1 hugs the cliffs from Sidi Kaouki down to Agadir; lots of pull-outs, surf spots, and fish-shack lunches. Allow 3.5 hours direct or a full day with stops.
Should I drive the Tizi n'Tichka pass?
Yes if you're confident behind the wheel. It's 100% paved, signed, and (since the 2024 widening project) wider than it used to be. Take it slow in fog, watch for buses, fill up before you start. The proposed bypass tunnel is still in study phase — for now, the old pass is the only way through.
— Cities & parking
Driving and parking, city by city
How does parking work in Marrakech?
Most central parking is street parking with a "gardien" (parking guard, official orange vest). Tip 5–10 MAD for daytime, 20–30 MAD overnight. Avoid unguarded streets after dark. Riads outside the medina usually arrange a parking spot for guests.
Where do I park in Casablanca?
Marina paid lot (10 MAD/hour, secure, central), Twin Center underground (12 MAD/hour), and Morocco Mall lot (free with a meal receipt, 15 MAD/hour otherwise). Avoid kerbside in the Habous and Maarif districts at night — unguarded.
What about Agadir parking?
Beachfront promenade has free guarded parking until 7pm. Marina has a paid 24/7 lot (5 MAD/hour). Most hotels include valet or guest parking. Agadir airport parking runs around 30 MAD/day.
How does parking work in the Fes medina?
You don't drive in. Park at Bab Boujloud (15 MAD/day, gardien), Bab Ftouh, or your riad's pre-arranged spot. The medina has 9,400+ pedestrian alleys — you walk in. Riad owners usually help carry luggage from the parking spot.
What about parking in Tangier?
Marina Bay paid lot (10 MAD/hour, walking distance to the medina), Boulevard Pasteur kerbside (gardien, 5–10 MAD), or hotel valet. The port has 24-hour secure parking if you're catching a ferry to Spain.
Where do I park overnight in Morocco safely?
In a guarded paid lot ("parking gardé") or your hotel/riad. Never on a quiet street unguarded — even with insurance, theft can happen. The gardien system is informal but reliable; tip on arrival, tip again on departure if it's the same person.
— Borders & cross-country
Leaving (or trying to leave) Morocco
Can I drive my Morocco rental to Spain via Ceuta or Melilla?
Generally no. Ceuta and Melilla are Spanish territories, and Moroccan rental insurance and registration don't cover Spain. Most rental contracts forbid leaving Morocco. If you need to cross, drop our car at the border, walk across, and rent in Spain.
Can I take a rental car from Morocco to Mauritania?
No. Mauritania is outside our insurance coverage and the Moroccan customs paperwork (temporary import) doesn't extend to a Mauritania exit. The Guergarat crossing requires special vehicle paperwork no rental fleet has. Use buses or a private vehicle for that route.
What about Algeria — can I drive there from Morocco?
The Morocco–Algeria land border has been closed since 1994. There's no legal way to drive a rental car (or any vehicle) from Morocco into Algeria. Domestic Moroccan road trips only.
Can I drive in Western Sahara with a Moroccan rental?
Yes — the disputed-territory zone south of Tarfaya is administered by Morocco and our rentals cover it. Roads are paved as far as Dakhla. Fuel is partially subsidised down there (sometimes 50% cheaper than the north). Beyond Dakhla toward Mauritania, no.
Can I take the rental on a ferry?
There are no scheduled domestic car ferries (Morocco isn't an island country). For Tangier → Tarifa or Algeciras (Spain), see the Ceuta question — generally not allowed with a Morocco rental.
— Accidents, fines & breakdowns
If something goes wrong
What do I do if I have an accident in my rental car?
Don't move the car (especially with injuries). Call the police: 190 in cities, 177 on highways, 150 (gendarmerie) on rural roads. Call us on WhatsApp — we send a representative if needed. For minor bumps with no injuries, fill the "constat amiable" (sold at any tobacco kiosk) with the other driver.
What are the emergency numbers in Morocco?
190 (police, cities). 177 (highway police). 150 (gendarmerie + ambulance). 15 (fire brigade). Save them in your phone before you start driving. Call 150 first if anyone is hurt — they dispatch an ambulance.
What's a "constat amiable" and why does it matter?
It's the standard accident report form used across Morocco (and France/Belgium). Both drivers fill it together at the scene — what happened, where, who's where. Buy the form for 10 MAD at any kiosk, or we provide one in the rental folder. It speeds insurance handling enormously.
What happens if my rental breaks down?
WhatsApp us first. Roadside assistance covers all of Morocco — we send a mechanic for fixable issues, or a replacement vehicle if not. Average wait under 90 minutes anywhere. Don't try to repair the car yourself — that voids the insurance. If repair takes less than 2 days, your rental continues with no extra charge. If it takes longer, those repair days are deducted from your rental count — you pay less, not more.
Will I get a replacement car if mine breaks down?
Yes, if the original is undriveable. We deliver a same-class (or better) replacement to your location — your hotel, the roadside, wherever you are. No paperwork, no second deposit. The clock on your rental pauses while you wait.
Who pays speeding or parking fines on a rental?
You do. Moroccan fines are linked to the vehicle's plate, so they reach us first; we forward them to your card on file (with the police receipt as proof). Don't try to "lose" a fine — they accumulate, and they show up at the airport on your way home.
What if my rental car gets stolen?
Call us immediately, then file a police report within 24 hours (mandatory). Theft is covered under Premium insurance only. With Premium and the original keys returned, theft is fully covered. With Basic or Smart, the loss falls on the renter — file the police report regardless, it's required by Moroccan law. If the keys were stolen with the car, cover is voided across all tiers.
Are there serious consequences for drunk driving?
Severe. Morocco's blood-alcohol limit is very strict — much lower than most European countries (effectively zero tolerance during traffic stops). Above the limit: licence suspension, fines of 1,200–6,000 MAD, and your insurance is voided — meaning you personally pay for any damage. Don't drive after even one drink.
Can I smoke or have pets in the rental?
No smoking inside the vehicle. Cleaning fee starts at 10 EUR for light residue or odor, rising to 50 EUR if seats, ceiling, or upholstery need deep cleaning. Pets are allowed in their carrier — loose pets aren't. If a pet soils the interior, the 50 EUR heavy-cleaning fee applies. Tell us at booking and we provide a free protective seat cover.
What if I lose my keys or personal items?
Lost keys: replacement charged at cost — 80 to 150 EUR depending on the vehicle (standard models cheaper, keyless luxury more). Lost personal items in the car: we hold whatever we find for 30 days. WhatsApp a description; if you can't collect in person, we can ship via a delivery company at your cost.
— Practical & extras
The little things
How do I contact customer support during my rental?
WhatsApp 24/7 — that's the fastest channel. Phone +212 629 011 871 if you can't get online. Most issues are answered in under 2 minutes. We're a Moroccan team, not an outsourced call centre.
Do I need to pay extra for a phone charger or USB cable?
No — USB-C and Lightning cables are free on request. We also keep AA/AAA batteries, dash mounts, and EU/UK/US adapters in the office. Just ask at pickup.
Can I rent a cooler or picnic kit?
Yes — coolers, blankets, foldable chairs, Bluetooth speakers, and basic camp kit. Free to borrow with a 7+ day rental, modest fee on shorter ones. Perfect for beach days or Atlas day trips.
Can I bring my own car seat or GPS?
Yes. Your car seat installs in any of our cars (ISOFIX is standard from 2018+ vehicles; older economy cars use seatbelt mount). Bring your own GPS or just use Google Maps and Maps.me — both work offline in Morocco.
Is tipping expected for fuel attendants or parking guards?
Appreciated, not required. 5–10 MAD for fuel attendants (especially full-service stations), 5–20 MAD for street parking guards. Always have small bills ready — no one carries change for these.
Do you offer wedding cars or VIP service?
Yes — chauffeur-driven luxury vehicles for weddings, business pickups, film shoots, and proposals. Mercedes E-class, S-class, and Range Rover most popular. Book 4+ weeks ahead for May–October.
Do you provide a VAT invoice for business expenses?
Yes. Tell us at booking and we issue a proper Moroccan VAT invoice (TVA) you can submit for reimbursement. Free service. We can also bill your company directly if you have a corporate account.
Are you open during Ramadan and public holidays?
Yes — we operate every day of the year, including Ramadan (slightly reduced afternoon hours), Eid days, and public holidays. WhatsApp coverage is 24/7. The website never sleeps.
